How stupid can one county government be? Hillsborough County, FL likely wins the prize. For months, under Florida's Sunshine Law, I received a monthly report that showed all activity at their shelter on a day by day basis. Suddenly since the 3 Stooges (another story for an other time if you haven't heard it) arrived as a unit no such report is available. Instead they refer you to a "cooked" monthly report they post on HCAS's website. Numbers that make no sense. HOWEVER we all know they must use a database to track incoming, adopted, killed (A big one), etc unless they use marbles. Why is it that ordinary citizens can't have access to that database. Scott, John, Mike you have a response?
