🎉 We’re Officially Accepted onto the Good Dog Platform! 🐾
We could not be more thrilled to share some BIG news: our kennel has been accepted onto the Good Dog platform! This isn’t just about a listing—it’s a trusted stamp of approval that reflects how deeply committed we are to ethical, well-informed, and loving breeding practices.
Here’s why this means so much to us—and why you should feel confident knowing we’ve earned our place:
It’s Not Easy to Get Accepted
To join Good Dog, breeders must complete a detailed online questionnaire and be evaluated across multiple critical areas:
1. Breeding practices — from temperament and pedigree to heritable health concerns.
2. Physical health — including breed-specific health testing (e.g. hips, eyes, heart) and proof of veterinary care.
3. Mental health — ensuring both dogs and puppies receive socialization and emotional well-being support.
4. Environment — providing a clean, safe, and enriching space for development.
5. Buyer education & policies — such as clear contracts, rehoming support, and transparent buyer guidance. 
Good Dog’s team rigorously reviews every response, may conduct audits and fraud checks, and follows up when needed to truly understand each program. 
Health Testing & Transparency Are Key
Good Dog doesn’t just require health testing—it celebrates and highlights it. Breeders earn health testing badges for individual sires and dams when they provide verifiable documentation of testing. These can range from “Good” to “Excellent,” based on how thorough the program is. 
You’re Part of an Educated, Ethical Community
Once accepted, we gain access to exclusive tools and support: sample contracts, legal assistance, breeder education, secure payment infrastructure, and much more. It’s a sign that our program meets high standards, but also that we’re committed to continuous improvement.
