What can we say? How do we operate like normal after something like this? Unfortunately, our sweet Gabby girl, after 17 years of adventure, sass, & plenty of treats, has crossed the rainbow bridge.
She had a big personality and was always the first one to stand up to any dog, no matter the size, to protect her mom. It was adorable. 😩🥰
She loved being active and adventurous, but also loved making any bed, in any home, hers. She was the sass queen. We loved how excited she would get when her mom came home, or when dad was in the kitchen cooking. We miss taking her for a walk after dinner or her random zoomies that she would get, (even at 17 years old!)
Our everyday routines have been thrown completely upside down and there are some parts of life that will never feel the same without Gabby right there by our side, and that has left a huge hole in our hearts.
We have been trying to mourn her loss privately, so we apologize if we have been a little late to respond to any inquiries or new messages. As most pet owners that have lost a pet know, this is the worst pain we have ever felt. She was our best friend & we told her that everyday!
We appreciate everyone that has reached out and gave condolences as we transition into this life without our sweet girl at home. She was one of the main reasons why we started .ojai back in 2021 and why we care so much for all of your pets! Thank you all so much for understanding.
We love you, Gabs, and we miss you so much. ❤️🐕
