Morning everyone 🩷

We hate to harp, but as this problem continues to grow and its increasingly more “our fault” we thought a reminder was in order so we are all on the same page.

Below is our policy. There are copies for everyone to sign if you haven’t already. We have posted this prior and several posts about issues that are repetitive.

No call no shows and LATE appointments are the biggest problem. Appointment times are for a reason. It comes down to a respect issue. We have allowed it over and over, and we are the bad guys when we can’t anymore.

We appreciate everyone that respects our time and continue to be loyal clients of Fairytails!🩷🐩🖤

I am sad. So very sad with the way we have been treated as of late. We are doing our best to keep up with current clients and accommodate the 10ish new clients we are having call a day. We love our jobs, we love the animals but lately we are wondering why we stay doing this.

This is how we are treated when people miss their appointments. The threats and people throwing us moving to multiple places in three years in our faces. (This last move was for the safety of not only us but for the animals that are left in our care).

Our cancellation policy has been posted several times and we are trying to make sure everyone signs a contract to ensure we are all on the same page.

We are so incredibly grateful for our clients that show us love and respect.

Posting things such as this are not what we’d like to do. But something has got to give.

*This is a client that no call no showed today. Was told they only had to pay half of the fee as they “didn’t know” we had a cancellation policy. Continued to throw the move in his groomers face followed by his threatening text.

This evening I will be returning all calls and messages that came in through today. However, after that I am taking Thursday evening through Monday morning to focus on some other things outside of work. I’ll return all other calls/texts next week.🩷

I shout it from the rooftops, we have the best clients in the WORLD! And obviously, our clients have good taste. 😉 So, if you’re in for an appointment with us over the next couple of days or have time this weekend…. Hi Everyone,

I (Miranda) will be out of our shop until April 28th. I will be heading south to enjoy/spend time with my family.

I will be taking my work phone but spending limited time “working” while I’m gone.
