Ravens wings finally got to rescue and help an great horned owl !! Turned over to a wild life rescue and rehab center outside of Dallas and they focus mostly on birds of prey !! This was pretty chilled guy/ gal whichever until the rehabbers showed up and I had to load it for them and now we are still waiting on the update if it's ok ? Story outside Dallas was clipped by a car switching lanes and by time I reached it was knocked out which I picked up it came to and never once fought against me actually left it out its crate and woke up to it perched on me and kaos and kaos was sacred to move lol his eyes size of half dollars with panic all over his face and his first encounter with said owl it kept beating it's wings chasing him

Update astrid started a new chapter in life and is now at her forever home with a great family and plenty of room to run and jump and zip and zoom lol found this pretty girl in Odessa Texas beaten and thrown out a moving vehicle and non the bigger rescues wanted to mess with her so I took under the Ravens wings showed her what love and kindness is gir her to trust ppl again now she is loving the life with see family with a new little buddy doing her thing

When I found her she legit had 2 paws threw deaths door and on that rainbow bridge lucky I was able to coax her to stick around long enough for the awesome rescue to get her the medical treatment she needed so badly and now lool at this beautiful happy girl so BIG SHOUT OUT TO THE ( DOGS R US RESCUE!!) and thank yall for all the help and love yall are giving this girl ❤ and for any the followers of this page if yall would like to donate to this girls recovery and vetting https://www.facebook.com/dogrescuerus/ please follow this link and getter done thank yall ❤

As a kid id always hear stories about how wolves , coyotes and other k9 have always had a special relationship with the ravens❤❤ the ravens will follow. The wolves and caw when they find food to attract the wolves and in return wolves share ..ravens will also follow the pups and will alert the elder when and if there is ever any danger building trust and love for each other .. Stories of times ravens risk themselves and hang thier wings over lone pups to protect them.... So we chose the name of ravens wings in honor of that .. A reassurance and a reminder of our goals here at ravens wing ...we love all our fury creatures and our goals to make sure your pets & those rescued get to where they need to be swiftly and safe in hope to make our impact in the lives of our fury creatures and the unsung heros who are saving and helping them ...
