🐾✂️ Meet the Dream Team Behind the Shears! ✂️🐾

We’re wagging with excitement to officially welcome our full-time groomer Faith back home to Country Kennel Resort and to introduce our two talented grooming assistants & future fabulous fur-stylists, Bethany and Alyx! 💇‍♀️🐶

✨ Faith has been part of our pack since the beginning! After chasing her dreams and sharpening her skills in the grooming world — including time at PetSmart’s grooming salon — she’s returned to where her heart (and paw prints) belong. Now a certified groomer, she brings style, sparkle, and shear magic to every pup she pampers. Just look at her go — she’s paws-itively amazing! 🐩💕

🌟 Bethany also started her journey with us when we first opened back in 2021. What began as a part-time high school job has grown into a thriving career. Now Fear Free Certified, she’s working toward her full grooming certification while mastering the art of pup pampering! We’re so proud of her doggone determination and thrilled to watch her fulfill her dreams. 🐾🎓

🩺✂️ Alyx may be a fresh face to the grooming table, but many of you may recognize her from her years as a skilled veterinary technician at Argo Animal Hospital. She’s traded her stethoscope for scissors and is now helping your pups look fluff-tastic while also keeping an eye out for any skin or health concerns along the way. She’s not just giving glow-ups — she’s giving heads up for health hiccups! 🐕✨ Talk about bark AND brains!

Together, Bethany and Alyx are learning the ropes under the paws-on guidance of our experienced groomers, Faith and Narissa, and they’re catching on quicker than a pup chasing a tennis ball. 🎾💨

💛 And speaking of Narissa — it’s with both heavy hearts and full ones that we begin to say goodbye. Narissa has been with us since the very first day we opened our doors — one of our first hires — and has been a faithful, loyal part of the Country Kennel Resort family ever since. Her work ethic is unmatched, her compassion runs deep, and the pawprints she’s leaving behind will never be forgotten. As she begins to gently step back from her grooming role, she’s lovingly passing down her years of experience, wisdom, and trade secrets to our rising stars. Her legacy will live on in every snip, scrub, and happy tail wag. 💛🐾

Thank you, Narissa, for everything. You’ll always have a place in our pack. 🐶✨
