Foster one, two, or even a whole litter! Most placements last just 2–3 weeks, making fostering the perfect way to enjoy all the fun of kittens without the long-term commitment.

Many of our kittens simply need a safe place to grow, build confidence, and learn that people are wonderful. Families with children often make amazing foster homes!

Can you see it?

When cats in our community need help, CataHome Feline Sanctuary answers the call. But we can’t do it alone.

💙 We’re looking for compassionate volunteers to join our mission of rescuing, rehabilitating, and finding loving homes for cats in need.

Whether you have a few hours a month or a few hours a week, there’s a place for you. Volunteers can help with:
🐱 Daily cat care
🧹 Cleaning and laundry
🍽️ Feeding
❤️ Socializing cats and kittens
🚗 Transportation to veterinary appointments
🎉 Fundraising and events
📱 Administrative and behind-the-scenes support

🐾 Be the Difference. Save a Life. Join the CataHome Feline Sanctuary Volunteer Team! 🐾

We're growing, and we need your help!

As CataHome Feline Sanctuary continues to expand throughout Waukesha and Jefferson Counties, we're building our volunteer team to support our mission of improving the lives of cats in our community. If you've been looking for a meaningful way to give back, we'd love to hear from you!

We have a variety of flexible volunteer opportunities available, including:
🐱 Cleaning and caring for our shelter spaces
🚗 Transporting cats to appointments, foster homes, or adoption events
🏡 Providing foster homes for cats and kittens
🪤 Assisting with the humane trapping of community cats
🎉 Assisting at adoption events and community outreach activities

Whether you have a few hours a month or can volunteer more regularly, we have a role that fits your schedule, interests, and availability. Every volunteer plays an important role in giving homeless cats a second chance.

Volunteer Requirements:
✔️ Must be 18 years of age or older
✔️ Must have reliable personal transportation
✔️ A love of cats and a willingness to help

Interested individuals will be asked to complete a volunteer application before getting started.

❤️ Help us build something special from the ground up. By joining our volunteer team now, you'll be helping us create a strong foundation that will allow us to rescue, care for, and find loving homes for even more cats in our community.
