📢 Friendly Reminder About No-Shows & Cancellations 🐾

I just wanted to make a quick post because unfortunately I’ve had a very high number of no-shows recently. As much as I love grooming and working with all of your pups, missed appointments greatly impact my small business and my schedule.

Please remember that all no-shows will be expected to pay the no-show fee before booking future appointments. When an appointment is missed without notice, that time is reserved specifically for you and could have been given to another client needing in.

Working from home does not mean this is any less of a business. I still have supplies, equipment, utilities, and other expenses to cover, and I truly appreciate everyone who respects my time and supports my small business. 💕

Thank you all so much for understanding and for continuing to trust me with your babies! 🐶

📢 Updates 🐾

At this time, I am not accepting new clients as I am struggling to keep my 6–8 week regular clients on schedule.

• PRICE INCREASE:
Dogs must be on a regular grooming schedule of AT LEAST every 8 weeks to maintain current pricing.
Pets not maintained on this schedule will be subject to price increases at the time of their appointment.

• CANCELLATION LIST:
I do have a cancellation list available for anyone who would like to be added. Please note that I have been very limited on grooming large dogs due to ongoing back issues. I am happy to add you to the list; however, I cannot guarantee if or when I will be able to take on additional large dogs.
If you would like to be added, please message me your dog’s breed, age, and approximate weight.

• NAIL TRIMS:
Due to the number of no-shows for à la carte nail trim appointments, I will no longer be offering nail trim–only appointments to new clients.

This service will remain available for established clients in good standing.
