Hi everyone,

I wanted to share a quick update. My husband and I are expecting a baby in September!

As my pregnancy progresses, there may come a point when I am no longer able to safely lift dogs onto the grooming table or into the bathing area. I plan to continue grooming for as long as I am able, but there may be some limitations in the later stages.

Regarding boarding, I will also continue offering services as long as possible. However, please keep in mind that if I go into labor, I may need to cancel scheduled bookings on short notice. If you have boarding needs in September, I strongly recommend having a backup plan in place.

I also want to remind everyone that I am the owner and operator of grooming and boarding services, so if I am unavailable, there is no backup. While I intend to work up until my due date, things can happen.

If needed, I’m happy to provide a list of trusted recommendations for both grooming and boarding services during September.

UPDATE:

Starting the week of December 8th I will only be grooming on Thursdays, Fridays and some Saturdays. I will be working elsewhere during the rest of the week as this is my slow season. Please if you would like to get on my books for grooming book now.

P.S. boarding dates are also booking fairly quickly as well. The week of July 4th is booked! I have a waitlist if you would like to be put on it!

Price Update:
I held off as long as I could hoping that the prices of supplies would come down but I haven’t seen a price drop yet. With that being said in order for me to stay in business and keep up with the increase in supply cost I’m having to increase my grooming and bath prices. Please feel free to reach out to me for more information but these will be my new prices.

Price increases:

Grooming:
Small dogs: $45-$65
Medium dogs: $65-$85
Large dogs: $85-$100
X-Large dogs: $100-$140
Includes: haircut, bath, and nails
*prices based on size, behavior and coat condition
*ALL POODLES AND DOODLES not on a 4-8 week schedule will start out at $120 and go up based on behavior and coat condition!

Bath:
Small dogs: $30-$40
Medium dogs: $40-$50
Large dogs: $40-$60
X-Large dogs: $40-$70
Includes: bath and nails

Don’t forget about booking with me for your dog(s)!

Dogs are let out individually/with their siblings at least 3 times a day depending on weather! You are required to bring your dogs food. Proof of vaccinations are also required. I have dog cots, blankets and bowls but you are welcome to bring anything you think your dog might want or need!

Boarding Prices:
1-2: $20 per dog, per night
3+: $15 per dog, per night

Boarding:
$20 per dog per night
3 or more dogs $15 per dog per night

Grooms/Baths:
My first availability is the first week of December!

There will be a $25 fee added to the total cost of boarding, grooming, and/or baths if your dog(s) come to me with fleas!

If you plan on going on vacation go ahead and book your dog(s) stay when you book yours because several weekends are already booked for the end of the year!

1-2 dogs: $20 per dog per night
3+ dogs: $15 per dog per night
