URGENT FOSTER NEEDED FOR CARMINE : UPDATE FOSTER FOUND

This little senior yorkie terrier mix has known more heartbreak than any dog should. Carmine is adorable, crate trained, and absolutely loves car rides, wheelchair strolls, and golf cart adventures. He’s a companion dog through and through—his joy is being near his human, sharing love, and soaking up every moment of connection.

But Carmine needs help. He needs a structured environment and someone committed to continuing his training. He’s not high maintenance—he’s just looking for consistency, kindness, and a place to finally call home.

Carmine’s journey to Quality of Life Rehab began in tragedy. His humans passed away, and their family tried to keep Carmine and his brother. But life got hard. They ended up living in a van, doing their best to care for the dogs despite financial strain. Eventually, food and vet costs became too much. That’s when we stepped in.

Both Carmine and his brother were adopted—because how could you not fall in love with those faces? But Carmine’s new mom began traveling for work and couldn’t give him the time he needed. Once again, this sweet soul was left without a stable home.

How could one little dog have such bad luck?

We need to change that. Carmine deserves a forever family—or at the very least, a foster who can give him safety and love while we search for his perfect match. Whether it’s foster, foster-to-adopt, or straight adoption—we need immediate relief for this precious boy.

Imagine riding shotgun with Carmine’s happy face beside you. Imagine being the one who finally gives him the love he’s been waiting for.
