Starting October , Élan Vital Dressage will be expanding into the main barn at Crownview Dressage — a world-class facility less than five minutes from the World Equestrian Center.

This upgraded barn features 14x14 stalls, climate-controlled tack rooms, a center aisle design, and professional grooming bays — everything needed to support horses at the highest level.

With this move, we’re opening limited spaces:
🐴 4 openings for full or partial training with Blaire

🌱 A young horse program with Blaire’s assistant Bethany, focused on confidence, correct basics, and rideability — with all work personally overseen by Blaire

🏡 A few boarder opportunities, with a 1–2 lesson per week commitment

❄️ Winter borders welcome — an ideal base to excel in your riding during season

✨ I’m excited to share that I’m now offering online dressage lessons - open to riders of all levels and backgrounds. ✨

Whether you’re just building the basics, keeping up between clinics, or fine-tuning your show work, online lessons are a simple way to stay connected and keep progressing with your horse.

We can use FaceTime, Pivo, or WhatsApp video — all you’ll need is an internet/phone connection and Bluetooth headphones. It’s easy, accessible, and designed to give you the same attention to detail you’d expect in person.

To keep the quality high, I’ll be opening only a limited number of spots to start.

Due to a fully booked calendar, I now have only one opening per month for the rest of the year.

I’m available locally in Florida for one- or two-day intensives, or I can travel out of state for a full weekend clinic.

My clinics are designed for riders at all levels — from new to dressage to FEI — who want to elevate their training through classical basics and a clear, rider-friendly understanding of biomechanics. Every session is tailored to create lasting progress for both horse and rider, ensuring concepts are not only felt but understood.

Working Student Position – Fall/Winter 2025

Location: Ocala, Florida
Preferred Start Date: October 2025

Élan Vital Dressage is offering a selective working student opportunity for an ambitious, self-motivated individual to join our professional program for the fall and winter season. This is a rare chance to train and work in a high-performance environment under FEI coach Blaire Martindale, just 4 miles from the World Equestrian Center. Our program offers direct access to recognized shows and CDIs both here in Ocala and in Wellington, creating a unique opportunity for riders with competitive aspirations.

What We Offer:
• Daily exposure to a professional FEI-level program grounded in classical principles and modern biomechanics
• Mentorship and individualized development both in and out of the saddle
• Full support for one horse
• Involvement in a 10–15 horse program with shared responsibilities alongside an assistant trainer
• Opportunities to audit and ride in clinics with internationally renowned coaches and Olympians
• Direct involvement in show prep, training routines, and a competitive, career-focused environment

Expectations:
• 6-day work week, including: Shared care responsibilities: stalls, feeding, turnout, general horse care
• Night check 3 evenings/week
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a desire to learn
• Must bring own horse(s) ; this is not a riding position, but rather an opportunity for an ambitious rider to develop within a top-tier training system (ideal for Young Riders, U25, or long-term professional goals)

🏆 About Endel Ots:
A multiple-time U.S. Pan American Games Team Gold Medalist, USEF National Champion, and internationally respected trainer, Endel was recently named to the 2024 U.S. Olympic Dressage Team for Paris. He is known for developing both horses and riders to the highest level—from young horses to the Grand Prix arena. His coaching is clear, intuitive, and tailored to each individual pair.
