We had the pleasure of building this 270’ x 150’ sand/clay arena for a wonderful client! The arena was finished with fencing to give it a clean, polished look and provide a safe, functional riding space.

This impressive structure is truly a testament to the collaborative efforts of a dedicated team. It commenced with a free-draining arena designed by T&T Equestrian Arenas, a company that has been an absolute pleasure to work with. The footing consists of a sand with GGT Footing, situated atop a stone base to facilitate optimal drainage. The arena is irrigated on a daily basis. It is dust-free and flood-free environment. This footing has proven to be remarkably consistent and dependable, providing a reliable riding surface 365 days a year. The ceiling and walls are fully insulated with closed spray foam and painted, complemented by two 18ft epic fans that generate a refreshing breeze. The insulations results in a quieter environment during rainfall and a cooler atmosphere during the summer months. While this arena is not designed for jumping courses, it offers a comfortable space for riders to exercise their horses during the hottest part of the day. Furthermore, it connects to a 100x200 jump ring, equipped with a set of aluminum Dalman jumps.
