Day 1 of 3 showing World Equestrian Center - Ocala
Phantom got to see his Buddy LUKA, as well as compete with one another!
They did phenomenal! They really both gave it there all and had fun doing it!
Phantom showed in all breed and open show (so did Luka!)
Phantom took home:
All breed: first prize, Best of Breed
Open show: first prize (age group), best of breed and 2nd in group!
Can’t wait to show tmmrw 🥰

Phantom has started his pre show bath schedule to get ready and nice and white before he hits the ring!
He was not a fan of the process but like the good boy he is eager to please me he let it happen he just also let it be known he wasn’t happy 😂
He wasn’t stained just dingy so he cleaned up very nicely a few more whitening treatments and baths/grooming and he’ll be set!
He got a bath (Tractor Supply Co.) a blow, a brush (took forever he’s blowing his puppy coat bad, but no mats or knots so I’m very happy with that!) nail trim (were cut already but could use a trim and dremel to round them off more not as sharp) paw pad trim to round them up, and a hygiene trim! He was definitely feeling himself afterwards 😂
Can’t wait to bring him back into the show ring he lets me know he hasn’t forgotten with his pretty little show prance 😂

We have some exciting news…

This beautiful boy of ours is going back into the ring!!!
He will be attending the Horseshoe Cluster at the world equestrian center July 4th-6th!!

He will be attending AB and OPEN shows all three days!

It’s official given certain circumstances in which Zeus had recently went through (I will not get into as of rn) we decided it’s definitely in his best interest to be neutered asap! He went for a stud and it was the absolute worse experience for both him and I so we will never be doing that again. We are also taking our program in a slightly different direction so the timing isn’t all that awful!
He is currently our only wooly Siberian husky and will now live the remaining of his life as my pet and best friend!

June 30th 2025. Is the day he goes to get neutered! Say some prayers for this sweet boy in his recovery when the time comes and the long road to recovery from the trauma he sustained this last stud, building his confidence and trust in ppl again ❤️‍🩹 but for these sweet faces we would do anything!

Illusion decided she was going to leave me a very thoughtful gift 🥴 looks like miss opie is coming into heat so she will separated from the pack here soon no babies for her!

We have officially registered our youngest yakutian laika:

✨Northstar’s Impersonating Voices✨~ Mimic

Now we can officially begin show training and getting him ready to hit his first show ring! We already know he’s smart, sweet and very food motivated so that works out in our favor 😅
He does need a good grooming with blowing his coat some, clay type of ground in the backyard, fine sand and a BUNCH I mean A BUNCH of POLLEN he’s become a bit yellow/grey dingy mess 😬 doesn’t help he loves loves loves a good mud bath 😭

Here are some updated pictures of the pups, we recently moved so they’re enjoying the much bigger space! They’re also enjoying that the ground gets pretty muddy and it’s pretty woody with lots of pollen (that’s starting to stain FUR) phantom is pretty happy, mimic is a land shark still, illusion is still noisy as heck and Opal is a natural model clearly 🤣

Mister Zeus passed his OFAS with flying colors
OFA hips:Excellent
OFA elbows: normal
OFA patella: normal

His next appointments will be to renew his CAER exam (OFA EYES)

And swap and submit his Siberian husky SPS1 and SHPN 1 to receive his CHIC #

We are beyond happy with how this boys testing is shaping up 🥰

Mister zeus had his OFA hips done (to officially receive a valid chic #)
And we decided to also have his OFA patella done as well bc why not 🤷🏽‍♀️
The vet said his hips looked good but OFA will grade them (which we know) and his patella was good as well!
They are going to submit them shortly and all we will wait on is OFAS grade! We roughly know what we are looking at as Zeus has had his prelims already completed. Next up is his CAER exam and to swab him for the HUSKY SPS1 and SHPN1 🤍 (just need to submit them)

Now time for a formal introduction seeing as I’ve finally posted him on my private page I might as well post him here too:

Everyone meet MIMIC 🤍

He joined the pack the day after Valentine’s Day! He is a chocolate and white piebald yakutian laika (so he is not a husky!)

He’s currently a living land shark and a second shadow! The pack has accepted him full hearted and they love to play with him! He is quite sassy and has a very goofy personality!! We do plan to show him once he’s old enough but for now he’s just living his best life as a puppy! He will start show training/desensitization soon (just like phantom and illusion) to give him the best shot to thrive

And yes he does have a fancy registered name 😂:
