Here are a couple photos of what's currently happening in the shop! 🤭

Things are moving right along, and while the shop may look a little chaotic at the moment, I promise there is a vision behind it all. 😂
We're still aiming for an end-of-June opening, and I am getting more excited every day to see everything come together! 🤞🏼

I am truly beyond thankful for my dad and my husband for spending so many evenings and weekends helping bring this dream to life. They've worked incredibly hard to turn my ideas into a reality, and I couldn't do it without them.🤍

We still have some work ahead of us, but seeing the progress that's been made already has me so excited for what's to come. I can't wait to welcome all of you (and your pups, of course 🐾) into the new space soon!🤩

While we’re waiting for some remodeling to be finished, I just wanted to share some updated pictures of Pongo 🐾 Many of you got to meet him when he was just a tiny puppy after we first adopted him, and now he’s all grown up! He will be turning one June 16th🥳

And of course I have to introduce our newest member, Posie 💕 We adopted her from the same shelter we got Pongo from, which makes her extra special to us.

Earlier this month they got to experience the beach for the very first time and they had SO much fun. Posie was all about sunbathing and relaxing, while Pongo was fully committed to the ocean and rolling in the sand 😂🌊☀️

Keep an eye out on the page because once I officially have an opening date set (still hoping for the end of June 🤞🏼), I’ll be posting a ✨GIVEAWAY✨ and opening our schedules for booking, so stay tuned!!

I’m so excited to finally share that I’ll be coming back to Oblong to groom again!! 🤍🐾

I don’t have an exact return date set in stone just yet, but I’m hoping to make it happen sometime in late June 🤞🏼

I still have a few updates to finish and schedules to rearrange before everything is official, but I seriously cannot wait to be back in the area and hopefully see so many familiar faces again!

This community welcomed me with open arms before, and I’m so excited to become a part of it again. I’ve missed you all so much, and I can’t wait to love on your pups again soon! 🐶✨

Half of them he had his eyes closed, and in the others he was determined to hide both ears from me.

So we compromised — only one ear hidden but eyes open! 🤣

🌟 This sweet boy is making so much progress — and it’s only his second groom! 🐾

While he still has a few wet spots and stray hairs, the improvement from his first visit to his second groom yesterday was incredible to see. 💕

No groomer ever wants to send a pup out the door less than perfect, but there’s such an important balance between giving them a positive experience and working toward that picture-perfect groom. The goal is always progress, comfort, and confidence — and this boy is well on his way! 🐶✨
