I felt so bad after she lost the baby because her tail was a mess. It was January and extremely cold so we could not wash it. After a few cleanings and lots of mane and tail, it is beautiful once again. Love my Darby girl!!!

Today was insemination day two. We had more semen flown in today from HighPoint Performance Horses in Pivot Point, Texas. Plane was late. Met Dr. Matt at the barn around 8:15. Darby’s eggs grew from 37 mm to around 40mm since her injection yesterday. She is expected to ovulate around 3 am. This could be it. We will check her April 7 to see if there is a baby or if we are ordering more semen.
