These little ladies made us wait longer than expected, but they made it and were only a few hours apart.

The sorrel filly is by A Dream Remembered and out of a Blazin Hot mare who’s out of a Vested Pine mare. Her name is Zafi, which means hot in Hausa. Yes, I’m fluent in any language I can Google.

The palomino filly is by a son of A Good Machine and out of an Iota Invest mare. Her name is Dolly.

This picture is unique to us. Going left to right you have Kelly (Kelly O Cody) by Mito Cody, the 27 year old and still going strong matriarch of this group. Next is her daughter Grace (Assets With Grace) by Good Asset. Right of her is Graces’s 2017 daughter by A Dream Remembered, Remember My Assets. We call her Annabelle. The filly clear to the right is Grace’s 2018 Star Wars Day baby named Remember Amidala or Amidala for short.
We took this picture because we have Annabelle here for a few days before she starts her new adventure and show career in Ohio.

This yearling (by A Dream Remembered and out of an Absolute Investment mare) is turning into a great all-around and western pleasure prospect. Along with his outstanding pedigree and talent, I feel like his best attributes right now are his barn name, Jess (named after Jess Herd) and my ability to braid manes.
Yes ... I’m self taught.
I feel like I’m catching up to Abby Janssen and Sheri Wandachowicz. It is possible that I could surpass them in a short amount of time if I had patience or talent.

In celebration of the royal baby, we give you our final foal of 2019, Archie.
He’s bred differently than the other three we’ve had this year. Being by A Dream Remembered, he’s got a championship western pleasure pedigree on the top side.
He’s out of a granddaughter of Shining Spark who also happens to be a great granddaughter of Zans Diamond Son. She is already a two time superior producer.
He’s a big stout boy who has potential to be an all-arounder, a ranch rider, a reiner and a trail horse to name a few.
