🐾Another Successful Adoption Event for Wag On Inn Rescue!🐾

We are thrilled to report another hugely successful adoption event yesterday at Vine Garden & Gift in Toms River! ❤️🪴🐶

A sincere thank you 🙏 to everyone who helped make the day so special – our incredible volunteers, supporters, visitors, fosters (without whom we simply could not do what we do!), our talented photographer Kendall, and of course, Meg and her team at Vine!

Vine is a lovely, female-owned shop, filled with unique gifts 🎁 and plants🌿 , fresh produce 🍅, coffee☕, and the perfect selection of sweets 🍪 to satisfy the hangriest of urges. The space is darling with a beautiful area that provided the perfect spot for our pups to showcase their skills, affection, and undeniable lovability!

And speaking of our pups, we had FOUR ROCKSTARS who came out and impressed! ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Skyla, Mounella, Leonie, and Rex were all total hits! Each pup had multiple interested families, and we are keeping our fingers crossed that we’ll soon have some wonderful adoption news to share. 🤞

Duncan, Scotty, Scarlett and Sasha are with our rescue partners and hoping to come to NJ once fosters and/or adopters are secured.
🍩 DUNCAN can be shy initially, but once he's comfortable he's an affectionate boy who loves to snuggle up to his person. He's curious and enjoys going on adventures. He would thrive with a patient and active family who can give him plenty of outdoor time. Good with dogs, cats and kids! 1 year old / 32 lbs (M)
🪐 SCOTTY is a playful young guy filled with energy! He loves to get the zoomies and he's incredibly social. He gets along wonderfully with dogs, cats and kids! He would thrive in an active home with lots of room to run and play ... and don't forget the cuddles and belly rubs. 3.5 months old / 13lbs (M)
♥️ SCARLETT is a sweet and shy girl with a gentle and curious soul. Once she's comfortable you'll see her playful and affectionate side. She's looking for a calm and nurturing home to help build her confidence. She thrives with companionship and is good with dogs, cats and kids. Luna and her kittens are with our rescue partner in Louisiana and are looking for fosters or adopters!
🌙 LUNA was found heavily pregnant and starving in a parking lot. She raised five healthy kittens and is now ready to be doted on and cared for! Luna is a total love bug who absolutely adores people and thrives on affection. Luna is good with older children, but she would prefer to be your one and only pet. About 5.5 years old / 8 lbs (F)
🍪 BISCUIT the ultimate momma’s boy and the most laid-back kitten of the litter. He can be a little shy at first, but this smart boy has a wonderful, goofy, playful side once he feels safe. Because he is timid, he would do best with a confident cat companion (he would love to be adopted with his momma, Luna, or one of his siblings!) About 5 months old / 5 lbs (M)
🥞 PANCAKE is the biggest people-lover of the litter. If you are looking for a tiny, affectionate shadow to follow you from room to room, he is your guy! He thrives on attention and is always ready for a play session. Pancake would do best in a home with a feline companion. These beautiful dogs are with our rescue partner in Lousiana. Grace, Brocho, and Jason would love to catch a ride to NJ to find their forever homes, but we need FOSTERS or ADOPTERS to help make that happen!
🌸 GRACE is smart and a little sassy. She is a confident and independent girl who may do best as the only dog or with a calm and easygoing male companion. Grace is house trained and has overall lovely manners! About 5.5 years old / 60 lbs (F)
☀️ BROCHO is an easygoing, loving boy! He gets along well with other dogs of all sizes. This gentle and well-mannered guy knows 'sit' and is working on 'shake'. He's house trained and walks nicely on the leash. About 6.5 years old / 55 lbs (M)
💥 JASON is spirited, joyful, and full-throttle in the best way! This sweet and affectionate boy brings laughter and endless energy everywhere he goes. He gets along wonderfully with both dogs and cats, making him an easy addition to any home! About 2 years old / 35 lbs (M)

Lisa, Coco and Hannah have been patiently waiting to be picked by a foster or adopter.. We'd love to see these girls find their happily ever after.
🌸 LISA is incredibly dog friendly and thrives with the company of a confident canine buddy who can help show her the ropes. She may be a bit too excited and bouncy for very young children, but she's great with older kids. Lisa is house and crate-trained, loves toys and treats, and is always ready for fun. Lisa also carries some fear from her past and can be a little nervous at times. This sweet survivor is looking for a family who will embrace her goofy joy and give her the secure home she deserves. About 2 years old / 52 lbs (F)
🥥 COCO arrived at the shelter missing much of her fur and had clearly been through more than any puppy should. Despite her tough start, she's still a playful, curious, and loving girl who is always looking for cuddles, attention, and time with her people. She also loves making friends and enjoys playtime with other dogs and even kids! About 7 months old / 49 lbs (F)
🤍 HANNAH happens to be deaf, but she communicates beautifully in her own way! This sweet girl is low-energy, loves a predictable routine, and going for a walk is her favorite pat of the day! 🐾 DOMINIC is a sweet and goofy social butterfly with an amazing temperament and a playful demeanor. He loves other dogs and happily greets new human friends. He would love a home with another playful dog of similar size and a fenced yard to accommodate his zoomies! Dominic is a smart boy learning his basic commands (stay, wait, come, place, leave it, paw) and doing great with refining his leash walking skills. His foster family says he's an awesome dog and easy to have in the home. About 3 years old / 51 lbs (M)
🩷 SISSY is a sweet and gentle girl who just needs a little time and space to feel safe. Give her about 24 hours and her personality blooms! She becomes affectionate, cuddly, and so eager to be near her people. She is missing a hind leg, but it doesn't slow her down one bit! Sissy is house/leash/crate trained, quiet except for her wagging tail thumps, and great with other dogs. About 2 years old / 40 lbs (F)
