I've always loved and have never feared animals. As a child I often enticed dogs to follow me home after school by using my belt as a leash or I'd carry them. My parents never knew what I would bring home next and always anticipated the familiar question "Can I keep him/her, please?"

In the late 60's I started grooming animals and experienced my

first dog show. It was love at first sight when I saw the majestic Irish Wolfhound and I was hooked. After raising my children, in 1990 my life-long passion began because I began raising, breeding and showing my Wolfhounds in competitive dog shows. Over the years I'm very proud that my dogs and I have achieved Best in Breed, Obedience anad 1st place National Grand Champion at the renowned Westminster Dog Show. Personal Achievements and Memberships

-Certified evaluator for Therapy Dogs International (TDI)
-Certified evaluator for the American Kennel Club (AKC = Puppy Star, CGC and CGC Advanced.
-Memberships: Owner Handlers Associations (OHA), Association of Pet Dog Trainers (APDT), Irish Wolfhound Association of the West Coast, Northern California Irish Wolfhound Club, Irish Wolfhound of Ireland and more
- Permanent registry in the Cambridge "Who's Who" since 2006

I've been a veterinary medical care technician for local veterinary hospitals, participated in dog behavior modification programs with the San Mateo SPCA training classes and attended Western Veterinary conferences in Las Vegas. I take TDI dogs to hospitals, convalescent home, schools, parades, fundraisers and social events. In my life, dogs have given and demonstrated to me unselfish caring and unconditional love. In my dog training classes my goal is to help you share a similar love and respect for your canine companion. I want to encourage you to have a companion, not just a backyard dog. Remember, A DOG'S LOVE IS ALWAYS UNCONDITIONAL. I have the knowledge, education and personal drive to help you and your dog have the best possible relationship. Congratulations to Mica and Edna for qualifying in their first AKC obedience competition trial, placing first in her class with a score of 192 out of 200. Receiving their first leg.

Also to Denice and Levi for competing in their first trial. Heeling wonderfully, figures were phenomenal and standing for exam was great, but if you know Levi, he's a happy boy and when he got called for the recall, he decided to get the zoomies and go visit and have fun running around in the ring. He was a very happy boy. He made everybody laugh and we are still very proud of him and Denice.
