As some of you may already know, Niki was recently hospitalized due to some unexpected health issues that are unfortunately quite uncommon for someone her age. While she is thankfully now home and recovering, this experience has been a reminder that slowing down and prioritizing health is necessary.

Because of this, our grooming schedule will be more limited for the foreseeable future. Niki has always been a total workaholic and has spent years working 12+ hour days, 7 days a week, but that pace is no longer sustainable, even with adding additional help to our team.

With that being said, we kindly ask that clients book appointments in advance whenever possible. We are currently booking into the end of June, and last minute appointments may be much harder to accommodate. Cancellation and no-show policies will also be more strictly enforced moving forward to help protect the limited availability we have.

Our goal is to continue providing the high quality, individualized care and one-on-one service we’ve been known for over the years, while ensuring we can continue doing what we love for many years to come.

We are incredibly grateful for the prayers, kindness, patience, and support we’ve received during this difficult time. Thank you all for standing by us. It truly means more than you know.🖤
