15 lbs of tomatoes down! Proud of my first round of marinara sauce. Only took me 6 hours from start to finish, 🤪 and well worth it! I got 14 pints long-store canned (for the shelf)!! I’ve still got 6 pounds of organic tomatoes available for purchase! Lmk if you are interested!

Say hello to the Aunt Ruby’s Green tomato. A large, heirloom beefsteak tomato known for its sweet, fruity, low-acid flavor, this beauty is green in color with a pink or yellow blush. One of my customers brought me a plant a few years back, and the rest is history. A crowd favorite, this variety is meaty, and excellent for slicing, salads, and even frying up. Just ask Erin M, it’s Aunt Ruby for win! I have a few pounds of organic tomatoes still available for purchase, in addition to some peppers, lmk if you are interested in some delish veggies.

Those green ones on the right are ripe and ready; don’t let their color fool you— they are Aunt Ruby’s Green tomatoes, which are sweet, tangy, and low in acidity. Say hello to the Bubblegum Centiflor. This designer variety tastes like… Wait for it… Bubblegum when it’s ripe. Just harvested a pound and a half! I have larger varieties available as well, including, but not limited to Jersey Devil, Mr. Stripey, Druzba, pineapple, cherry, and Roma to boot!
