I've had an influx of no shows lately. A reminder text is sent 24 hours before and you can cancel directly from there or you could just shoot me a text letting me know you won't be coming, that would be greatly appreciated. I have so many clients wanting appointments that I can easily fill spots. But if I don't know you aren't coming I lose money. After 2 no shows/no call your future appointments will be canceled and will be filled with dogs on my waiting list. Thanks for understanding!!
