Wagyu cows, heifers, steers and calves all ages, sizes, and percents. We have accumulated genetics from world renowned CHR Wagyu for 20+ years and have a very unique herd because of it. We also practice intensive grass management and move our cattle every day to fresh greens for 9-10 months a year and feed our own hay during winter. This program is beyond organic and our happy, well-fed, drug-free animals produce the best quality greens-fed/greens-finished (no grain!) meats in the universe.

15/16 Wagyu cows, heifers, and steers
7/8 Wagyu cows, heifers, and steers
And a few older cows that are 3/4 Wagyu 1/4 Holstein
