Bane is here with me for a 5 day board and train while his family is out on vacay!!

This boy is already getting mentally and physically tired! We are going to knock out his settling, doggie distractions with Demo Dogs Dozer and Seven, and perfect some of those manners. 🐾 I love the pitty grin!

THIS CLASS IS FOR YOU IF…➡️➡️➡️

🐾your dog is reactive on leash (pulls, barks, lunges towards another dog, human or object either aggressively or out of excitement)

🐾your dog avoids or tries to runaway from other dogs, humans or objects

🐾your dog did not pass an evaluation at daycare

🐾your dog is unpredictable

🐾you are currently using tools and unsure if they are appropriate for your dog or fitted correctly

Zeus Update!!

Zeus came to me for multiple bite instances against family members. He could not be in the same room as anyone that wasn’t the original family. Many of our early sessions had Zeus muzzled and on the other side of the room to work on his anxiety around new people.

Look at this man now! We are unmuzzled and even came up to me for love during our last session. He still is anxious around new environments but mom and dad have the tools now to keep him moving in the right direction. I’m so proud of this guy! Way to go Zeus Man! 💪🏻

Welcome to Seventh Savior Mayleen! She’s new to her family and has a little bit of reactivity going on. But she’s been a quick study and mom is already nailing her basics. I love this girl!!

Welcome to Seventh Savior Rosalyn!!! It’s not everyday you get to work with the littermate of one of your own! Rosalyn is Dozer’s sister and we are just getting a little obedience down since there was an injury early on that prevented training. But don’t worry - she’s nailing those commands and she will be the bestest toasted croissant in no time!

This newly adopted pup is learning some generalized obedience and how to transition from street life to family life. Don’t worry, he’s got himself an EXCELLENT home trainer already and will knock it out out of the park! 😉

🚫 Oppose dog trainer license for New York!! 🚫

As many of you have experienced during our training sessions, training is NEVER a one size fits all approach. Each dog, like people, is unique and may not respond to the same training as the next.

Mandatory licensure like this is putting all dogs in one learning box. Not only does this not work, but it can be dangerous.

The dog training industry is not regulated, but that is where YOU as the owner come in. Do your research. See evidence of how your trainer expects to work with your dog. Ask them about their methods. This is how we create a regulated industry.
