Update: It’s gonna take several months to get the hospital fully back to function. We take our responsibility as your family veterinarian very seriously. So in the meantime, we want to be able to help our patients that need care more immediately. Starting next week, we will be using some space at the Animal Emergency Center, who has been very generous to host us. We will be working around the emergency hospital schedule. With that being said, we will not be open on Saturday’s until we are back in our own building. Please feel free to give us a call, and we will do our very best to accommodate your needs.
🚨It is important to note that our clients SHOULD NOT call the animal emergency center’s main phone number, OR WALK IN under any circumstance, unless you have a true emergency and need their services. They are not able to give any information, or assist with any medication arrangements. Please continue to dial our regular number 248.349.5900 and OUR staff will be able to assist you🚨.
We only have one phone line, and it’s been extremely busy as you can imagine. You may need to leave a message, but someone will return your call as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience, kindness, and understanding during this very challenging circumstance 🐾.
I’d like to give a HUGE shout out to Servpro for the outstanding service they are providing to us. This dedicated team of people hit the ground running within hours of this awful event, and hasn’t stopped since. They are doing their very best to get all of us back into our building as quickly as possible. I’m sure some of you have driven by and seen the entire parking lot full of green vehicles that are there working hard. We are extremely grateful for each and every one of them 🙌🏼.
Here’s a glimpse (beginning stages) of what we’re dealing with 🙁.
