A big congratulations to our young rider, Mia, on her lease of Walter! We are so excited to watch them grow together, and so proud of Mia for taking on this new challenge!

It’s always exciting as trainers to watch these partnerships come together, and see our students grow from little kids to confident horsewomen!

Junior rider shoutout! This young lady spent her summer volunteering in the barn a few days a week. From riding to grooming to tack cleaning, she did it all! We are so proud to watch her grow as an equestrian.

Creating an environment where our students are empowered to spend time in the barn developing their horsemanship skills is a key focus of our program. We love to see it in action!

Who else remembers endless summer days at the barn growing up?! These are some of our favorite memories, and we love watching our students create them too💕

A bit late in posting, but we wanted to say a big THANK YOU to Betsy Juliano for taking time to talk with several of our students last week! Our young riders were excited to learn about Betsy’s horses, as well as her inspiration to grow and support the equine industry. Betsy thoughtfully answered our riders’ many questions with enthusiasm, and shared her insight with them as they plan for their futures. As our students grow, they’ll take with them Betsy’s lessons of the importance of communication, hard work, gratitude for the journey, and a lifelong love of learning.

The girls are feeling so inspired! We are lucky to have so many wonderful mentors in our backyard, who give their time so generously to support the next generation of equestrians!

Sunday adventures at the barn! We love that our students are just as eager to help in the barn as they are to ride and show.

One of the best moments as an instructor is when the kids feel confident enough to take initiative on behalf of their horses- they jump in to fill waters, sweep, toss hay, or check for lost shoes without even being asked. Watching them grow into taking on horse care tasks independently is so rewarding!

Our show season is off to a great start! Thanks to Northern Ohio Dressage Association for putting on a fantastic schooling show, as always.

Our Junior riders were involved in all aspects of the day today, with Hadleigh and Mia volunteering and Sammy and Marley showing! Horse shows bring out the best kind of community, and it was wonderful to watch the girls support each other and have fun this weekend.

Danielle’s student Marley and her horse Oliver made her dressage debut at Training Level and took home two blues after laying down two beautiful tests. Betsy’s student Sammy is stepping up to Training level this season, and has been working hard to improve in Dressage Seat Equitation as well.

Marley and Sammy even took the top two spots in their division at Training Level Test 1!

We are so proud of all of the girls’ hard work, both in the ring and behind the scenes!
