Ms Melody's xray appt went well but the pictures I took of it didn't turn out well so instead of our usual guessing game I thought I'd just let you all know we are expecting 5 from her as well.

Since Nyx and Blade's last litter was named after the book Fourth Wing, I decided why not continue the theme and name this litter after the 2nd book in the series.
So without further ado, here is the formal introduction to the " Iron Flame" litter:
Catriona, Sloane, Sawyer, Liam and Quinn.

*Reminder: all puppies are on hold until eyes are open and coat type is determined*

Snapped a couple pics, changed bedding and weighed pups whilst mama Nyx was on a potty break. They're plumping up nicely already...especially the brindle tuxedo pie girl. Lol

Sweet Melody has just over a week til her due date and will get her puppy count xray Friday. Very excited to see what she has for us this time.

Nyx and her 5 beautiful littles! She had me a little concerned with the long breaks between 3 & 4 and 4 & 5 but all are healthy looking and latching on. Mama has had a bedding change and been out to potty. Now its time for them to bond and rest and i believe I'll catch a nap as well 🤞

are all doing great and adjusting to their new lives. I love seeing them make their new families whole
