| Township Officer Tim Myers recently made a significant drug bust after making a routine patrol traffic stop Wednesday night 🚔

We want to thank Franklin County Sheriff's Office K9-7 Deputy Travis Carter and Onyx for their assistance 🐾

The following narcotics were confiscated from the vehicle:

✅ 35 grams of fentanyl

✅ 15 grams of crack

✅ 114 grams of m**h

Two suspects were taken into custody. The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigation Unit (SIU) is assisting with the investigation.

We continue to investigate drug activity in and around Franklin Township.

2 year old, single purpose, GSD. Very open and social. Could certify tomorrow in detection (co***ne, m**h, he**in), tracking, and article search. Ben is a very nice dog, he's a smaller athletic Shepherd and uses his nose very well.

K9 Rip

On January 2nd, 2024 at approximately 01:11 am the Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on SR 93 in Lafayette Twp. The Sheriff’s Office K9 was deployed and had a positive alert on the vehicle which resulted in the vehicle being searched. Upon searching the vehicle, a large amount of suspected narcotics and money were located in the vehicle, as well as several unidentified pills. As a result, one male and one female were taken into custody pending Felony charges, their information will be released upon filing of formal charges.

Jason is a great guy and has given Zero a great life. I can't believe it's been that long since they were in class. Happy retirement K9 Zero!

Also, thank you to Billy for giving me the opportunity to purchase Zero in early '18.
