It is way the heaviest and most broken heart that I have to tell all of my sweet Sam’s fans that he suddenly and unexpectedly died last night.

He was my best friend, giver of the best most unconditional love, the biggest trooper with any challenges he faced... a one in a million dog. I’ve never loved anyone like I will always love him. He didn’t suffer, he was home in his own environment, and either I was there when it happened and didn’t realize it or I was very nearby and he knew it. Thank you all for the love and attention you’ve shown my boy. He is deeply deeply missed. RIP my sweet sweet Sam ❤️🐶

Good vibes needed please and thank you! (This is Sam’s momma, he’s not feeling good enough to post bc his left hind leg is hurting him. He’s resting comfortably here at home now, thankfully, following having imaging done. And we want to shout out to Flannery Animal Hospital, they took amazing care of BOTH myself and my sweet boy, I know Sam is as grateful as I am! If you’re in the Hudson Valley and in need of emergency vet care for your pet, they are the place to go!)

I had great fun today at the Applewood Winery in Warwick NY! I met my mama’s friends and I got lots of people time that I love. No cider or wine for me though, Mom said. But I did get some of the cheese and crackers from their great cheese board! Mom says we’ll be back in the spring but all winter their tasting room is open so stop by for a tasting and spend time with friends! Thanks Applewood Winery!!
