Meet Roscoe — the sweetest 12-year-old Shih Tzu looking for his forever lap to snooze on. 🐾
This senior gentleman is the king of cuddles. If he’s not curled up beside you, he’s trailing right behind like your loyal little shadow.
🚶♂️ Walks like a champ — full of pep, never pulls, and politely sits when it’s time to put his leash on.
🧼 A+ Grooming Manners — Roscoe happily lets you wipe his face, clean his paws, and even tidy his t**h (long fur problems, you know?). He handles it all with grace.
🍖 Good With Other Dogs & Babies (with supervision, of course) — but he does have one little quirk: Roscoe can be timid around heavy-set men at first. With patience, consistency, and especially stinky treats, he warms right up. Food is his love language.
🛏 Early to bed, early to dream — He’s a creature of routine and will happily put himself to sleep before you do.
🍽 Tableside Respectfully Hopeful — He won’t beg… but he will silently manifest a little sample of your dinner.
🎓 Training Status: Roscoe currently knows “sit” and is working on some new cues with his foster family. He’s proof that you can teach an old dog new tricks—with snacks, of course.
Roscoe may be a senior, but he’s active, loving, and has plenty of golden years left to give. He’s ready to spend them by your side.
