Good stormy Monday morning yall! How's ya momma and them? We hope you took your umbrella 🌂 this morning. I just wanted to stop in with a few public service announcements, we are currently booking for the last week of March. We love and appreciate every single client and your fur babies for keeping us busy. As warmer weather approaches this wait will just increase. We here at The Dog House strongly suggest rebooking your appointment in advance. That way you dont have to wait. Summer and Alex are still taking on new customers and we always offer walk in nails trims. Audrey is no longer taking new customers or new dogs at this time. Ok im over the 7 day free trial of Alaska!!!! We will be closed this Saturday to.... sorry for any inconvenience!!! We will try again next Saturday!! If this stuff isn't gone bye Monday we will post an update Sunday about Mondays grooming schedule. Someone please find Elsa and put her up for a couple weeks. Hey yall how's ya momma and them? We here at The Dog House hope each and every one of our friends and family had a very blessed New Year. I just wanted to stop in for a moment with a BIG REMINDER We now require 24 hr notice to change or cancel an appointment. We kindly ask for 24 whole hour notice, canceling at the time of the remainder text for your appointment isn't 24 hrs, the reminder text are normally sent approximately between 6 to 8 pm the night before your appointment. Unfortunately with out 24 hour notice you leave your groomer with no pay for that time slot. We are unable to fill an appointment spot last minute, we do have a call in list but with out proper notice our clients cant make arrangements to be there. So please be sweet and give us a notice we are willing to work with everyone any and every way we can. We have families to and we depend on that income from the grooming appointment. Failure to give us a 24 hour notice will now require you to pay a nonrefundable deposit to book another appointment. We greatly appreciate all our clients and fur babies, as small business and the cost of living the way it is we count on a full days work so we can feed our family's and keep our doors open. We always except new clients. We take them all big or small even the f***y one and the ones with 3 let's and one eyes we love them all here at the dog house. Let us take care of all your pups needs. Hey yall how's ya momma and them? We hope everyone had a fantastic Christmas. Us here at The Dog House wanted to take a minute and yell HAPPY NEW YEAR YALL!!!! We will be closed till January 5th. We are currently booking for the second week in January as well. With the new year coming here at the dog house we are making a few changes, no calls no shows will no longer be tolerated this leaves us groomers with out pay for that time slot. If your unable to keep your appointment 24 hr notice is now required. Your first no show will require you to prepay to make your next appointment and this will be nonrefundable. Second no call no show we will kindly ask that you find another groomer. Second new policy will be if your dog has fleas it will now be a 10 dollars added to your grooming total. If we have a flea dog we have to bleach and bomb the building. This isn't cheap for us to do thanks for your understanding we most definitely have your fur baby's best interest at heart . Then to our final topic on the agenda... We will now have late pick up fee for dogs not picked up with in an hour from when your fur babies groom was completed. Unless pre-approved before your grooming appointment. We now have Alex grooming full time and we will need the kennel space to accommodate 3 groomers. The fee for late pick up will be $5 +. We thank each and every one of our dog house friends and family. We will continue to except new clients and offer walk in nail trims in 2026. We look forward to taking care of all your pups needs. Hey yall!!!! How's ya momma and them? We just wanted to take a moment to remind yall dog house friends and family we will be closed tomorrow Thursday the 27th and Friday the 28th for Thanksgiving. Now yall don't eat to much turkey. Christmas is around the corner. We are already getting booked for them Christmas grooms. Get yours while they last. 828 963 0232 or 910-317-7388. Good morning doghouse friends and family! How are yall? how's ya momma and them? We hope all is well, safe and warm. Baby its getting cold out side. The holidays are right around the corner! With that being said here is the availability we have from now till Thanksgiving......... Summer has one available appointment Tuesday November 18. Thursday November 20th summer has two available appointment Audrey has two available afternoon appointments available. Friday November 21st Audrey has two available appointment. Monday November 24th summer has 3 to 4 available appointments Audrey has 4 available appointments and Alex has one available appointment. Now on to our next subject on the agenda, with Christmas right around the corner one of our clients has fallen on hard times and we have offered to help this single momma of 3 beautiful girls help to insure her children have Christmas. I will not release any names or go into detail about her situation she down and out enough she lost her car then her job and she's struggling thats all I will say. If any one would be interested in helping us insure Christmas for this family we would be grateful and so would this momma.
