Diamond Collar Dog Soa is open for business and here are a few rules to abide by:
1. NO one except employees in the building at any time.
2. Appointment only, No walk ins!
3. When you arrive - park along the driveway. Knock on the door. Please wear a face mask.
4. Pick up will be similar but call when you are parked out front and your dog will be brought to your car, please wear a face mask.
5. Payment - will give you a total due when your dog is done, you can use a credit card over the phone or have exact cash ready when your dog is brought out to the car.
6. Prior to arrival MAKE SURE you potty your dog. Your dog will not get a potty break!
7. If anyone in your household has a fever, has symptoms or has been exposed to someone who is COVID-19 positive do NOT make an appointment and if you have an appointment please cancel. Diamond Collar Dog Spa is providing a necessary service for your dog, please do not put anyone at a higher risk.
8. If your dog has mats your dog WILL be shave as short as necessary for your dog's comfort. During this time of crisis and epidemic, Diamond Collar Dog Spa will not add any stress to your dog. All dogs are clipped shorter then normal.
