Are you or someone you know looking for a job working with animals? If yes, you've come to the right place! We are currently hiring for Part-time Junior Kennel Technicians for our North Versailles location.

Individuals MUST be available for weekends and some holidays. Shifts available are mornings and afternoons! We are seeking 2+ individuals with flexible availability to add to our team. Adults and Students are welcome to apply! 🐶😸

Basic responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
🐾 Following directions given by Senior Staff members.
🐾 Supervising playtimes for our boarding and daycare guests.
🐾 Checking in and out guests upon arrival and departure.
🐾 Cleaning outside and inside when pets go to the bathroom.
🐾 Feed and give water to all animals.
🐾 Takes care of our guests in our Cattery.
🐾 Conducts general cleaning to keep our facility in top notch shape!

Qualifications:
👓 An individual must be able to complete all tasks above to a satisfactory level. Prior experience in the pet care field is a plus but not a requirement. Applicants must be ages 16 or older with proper documentation. Individuals must be able to read, write, reason, multitask, communicate effectively, lift guests when applicable, stand and walk for long periods of time, and most importantly, LOVE ANIMALS! ❤️

New 5.0-star Review: "⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Last week, my 9-year-old golden retriever, Zeus, had a grooming appointment at Walker’s Pet Hotail, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Maddie was his groomer, and she did a phenomenal job. Zeus had ACL surgery about six weeks ago and still looked a bit ridiculous—one back leg was bald from being shaved for surgery, while the other three had full, fluffy fur. Maddie was incredibly skilled and compassionate. She carefully blended the fur on his shaved leg and trimmed the others to match, so now his back legs look balanced again! Zeus got a little tired during the grooming, and Maddie let him take a break, which I really appreciated. Her empathy, patience, and professionalism were outstanding, and best of all, Zeus seemed relaxed and happy throughout the visit. Thank you, Maddie, for taking such great care of Zeus. We’re so glad you were his groomer!"

New 5.0-star Review: "We started taking our Bernese mountain dog to Walkers for doggie daycare; she needed some stimulation during the day while we work. She loves it! She looks at me expectantly every morning, hoping that each day is a daycare day. So I had no hesitation signing her up for boarding when we went on vacation. She spent 9 nights with Walkers. We took advantage of their "fun days" during boarding as well. True test: she was just as happy to go back to daycare after boarding as she when her only experience was daycare. We've had her groomed as well! The only service we haven't taken advantage of (yet) is training; I understand they do have a top-notch dog trainer. I'm so happy that she's happy! Location is very convenient for us as well. Thank you, Walkers, Valerie loves you!"
