Hello Friends 🍄
It’s been a while since I’ve posted. Last fall, I experienced an unexpected health issue that forced me to step back and fully focus on rest and recovery.
I’m still healing—but I’m finally feeling ready to return, slowly and with renewed purpose.
Over the fall and winter, I took some much-needed time to recover, slow down, rest, and reflect. That quiet space gave me a chance to reconnect with the deeper purpose behind my work.
While gourmet mushrooms are still at the heart of what I do, I’m expanding into more offerings that support whole-body wellness, including medicinal herbs, healing products, and pasture-raised eggs, all grown and crafted with care right here on the farm.
I’m in the process of building out a roadside farm stand on the property in Sanborn, where you’ll soon be able to find all of these offerings in one place—grown slow and shared with intention.
Tomorrow, May 31st, is my first farmer's market of the season at Artisan Farmers Market at 9am—and I’m really looking forward to reconnecting with you all!!
