I love animals but I always wonder why pet owners allow their pets to be neglected. Yesterday I groomed a 12 year old cat that was so matted. When I booked the appointment I was told the cat had a few matts on it's back so I agreed probably a 30 min session but when the cat arrived It was grossly matted. Four hours later I dematted the most loving and appreciated cat. I got a terrible bite from the cat but the cat was appreciative after all her matts were removed
