Drift Wood Aquarium Furniture was started by a Re**er who loved the furniture as much as the aquariums themselves. As a custom furniture maker it wasn't a huge jump to design, build and supply amazing Aquatic Furniture. These are designed and build by Re**ers for Re**ers. We won’t discriminate from fresh water keepers either. Several of us keep fresh, and fresh water planted tanks also. Is we desi

gn stands and canopies as we would want/need them. We understand the need for openness and functionality. We use only top of the line materials and finishes for our furniture. No particle board is used in the structural of these. Openings are much wider than the industry standard. We don't strangle you with poor design or ugly furniture ;)

Multiple Tank Syndrome (MTS) is a humorous but very real phenomenon among aquarium hobbyists where someone keeps setting up more and more fish tanks — often faster than they can properly manage them.

⚠️ Dangers of MTS
• Overwhelm: More tanks = more water changes, maintenance, and expenses.
• Neglect: Some tanks might get less attention or care.
• Budget strain: Equipment, electricity, food, and test kits add up quickly.
• Time drain: Takes a lot of time to do things properly — especially if tanks are very different (saltwater vs freshwater, coldwater vs tropical).

✅ How to Handle It (If You’re “Infected”)
1. Plan before buying – Avoid impulsive tank setups.
2. Set maintenance routines – Stay consistent to avoid burnout.
3. Consolidate where possible – Combine compatible species in fewer tanks.
4. Limit display space – If there’s no room, you can’t set up more.
5. Accept it (within reason) – MTS is common and harmless if managed well.
