WELCOME BACK!!!

It’s been a crazy few months. So many of you know me from Boulevard and it was such a hard decision to move on to different things. I have learned SOOOO much between working low cost, spay neuter and Urgent Care. I’m getting so many new an amazing skills that’ll help me better care for my patients.

We are finally going to start to opening our rescues intakes to select situations. I have a lot less time to take on what I did before, but I still want to make sure I do my duty to these babies ❤️

I apologized to Almond that I didn’t find him a forever home for Christmas 😭😩 but we will keep on trying!
Almond did get a bunch of toys for Christmas though and he is loving his new scratcher.

Almond is still looking for his forever family. This tough and resilient boy survived FIP and didn't lose an ounce of his loving personality. He has a great of gold and is one of the most personable kittens we have.

I told Almomd he can have his own forever home for Christmas ❤️ I really hope I can deliver in that promise. This boy DESERVES it. After 84 days of FIP treatment and 7 rounds of bloodwork later he is 100% healthy and free of FIP. We are so glad we can treat this disease and from here on out and I will forever be a huge advocate for treatment 🥰 I hope to see many kitties continue to survive this life threatening disease.

Milan & Fire curled up to their foster dad Dexter! Both Milan and Fire are very nervous kitties but they both have big hearts and ADORE all of our other cats and dogs. I imagine they would both thrive in a home who could give them more exclusive and individual attention, but it will be a love you must earn over time ❤️ They were rescued from a hoarding house and still hold a lot of that nervousness from before. We love them so much even though they have taken time.

Oh…my…goodness! If this is not the most amazing glow up I don’t know what is. I cannot believe how gorgeous she has become. That luxurious coat is just to die for isn’t it? I’m in love 🥰😍

We are so happy to see Denali who is now Charlotte loving her absolute best life in her home. She has settled in so wonderfully and it was just the most perfect match with her new family. It’s been almost year now since we pulled her from that horrible situation and I wouldn’t change a thing!

Along with her we rescued nine other babies including; Granite, Cedar, Zion, Canoe, Sedona, Ember, Fire, Milan and Sequoia

These two are finally thriving 😍🥰 We are so happy because Snow (the white girl) was really going back and forth there for about 2 weeks. I was so nervous she wasn’t going to make it and there was something seriously wrong. But after symptomatic treatment for Parvo we are finally getting weight gain.

We still are giving them lots of probiotics, anti diarrhea and fiber supplements to manage their GI symptoms. But I am hoping we can wean them off of some of it in a few weeks.
Parvo is no easy thing to overcome something. But Snow Is such a strong little kid. Thank you for all those who donated in the last few weeks. We really need it. Our lab work used to be free through our clinic but all that is changing. Financially we will be responsible for a lot more which may make it harder to rescue babies. We still get lots of discounts but lab work is a huge chunk when it cokes to rescue. I really hope I can continue this but it’s making me nervous.

We had a little bump in the road with this sweet little girl over the weekend. We noticed she is having trouble gaining weight and has continued to become more "bony" every day. She has a very ferocious appetite, but we cannot seem to get her to gain weight normally. Today, we tested for parvovirus/panleukopenia and got an unclear answer from the test, but we will continue trying to support her system in case it is. But there are a lot of other worries bouncing around in my brain right now. We are hoping for the best possible outcome for this gentle and loving little girl.

We hope to get blood to test for FIV/FeLV tomorrow to rule out any concerns there.

Baby Beans here was rescued by a Boulevard client and brought into my clinic today to be surrendered. I am REALLY limited on what I can take financially & mentally right now but this is one I am able to help. He is already so much personality on such a tiny body.

These two little crusty things are some of the sweetest babies I’ve worked with 🥹 They are both just absolute skin and bones but they are already tough as nails! Both have been eating great for us and getting their routine dewormers, flea prevention and high caloric supplements.

If you want to help support either one of these kids we could use some wet kitten food & litter right now 🙏🏻
