We have taken quite a long break from breeding due to personal family illness. My father has been ill for some time and unfortunately passed away recently. It was more important for us to spend time with him vs commit the time to breeding. Although I much rather still be spending my free time with him, that is no longer the reality, sadly.
We have contemplated a couple of upcoming litters. We have had a number of people reach out over the months/years so we thought we would put out a post to see what interest there is before committing to having them. Both litters are expected to be born around August 2026 and go to their new homes around October 2026 (please understand this is a rough estimate based on heat cycles).
Maddie is 5 and we have contemplated her “retirement” litter. This would be her 3rd and final litter. Maddie is our calmest, most gentle pup. She is therapy/service dog worthy and has produced pups who are currently both. We would pair her with Brady, who is also extremely gentle and sweet. He too has produced therapy/service dogs. You can’t get more perfect temperaments between two dogs. They are extremely calm, sweet, gentle, cuddly and smart. Maddie is titled in CGC, CGCA, DNA and OFA tested. Brady is titled in CGC, CGCA, BCAT, DS, FTN, FTI and CHIC certified. He is also DNA, OFA and PennHip tested. They are both athletic and love to swim. These pups are expected to be a light to medium gold color. Maddie is 52 pounds and Brady 68.
We also have contemplated a Rosie and Copper litter. This would be Rosie’s first litter. Rosie and Copper are incredibly athletic. They are both CGC, CGCA and CHIC certified. They are DNA, OFA and PennHip tested. Rosie loves to cuddle and is super sweet. She is by far the smartest dog we have. She is incredibly unique and even dives under water. She loves to swim, run, go on the boat and be little spoon in bed every night. Copper is very chill and sweet. He loves to swim (his favorite thing to do), play with the other pups and snuggle in your bed. He has also produced therapy/medical alert dogs. These puppies would make amazing family pets but would also do well for people interested in agility and dog sports. These pups will be all dark in color. Rosie is 55 pounds and Copper 65.
