Please consider black dog for adoption🐶 I have a sweet large black Great Dane that started as my foster puppy. Sweetest, gentlest dog I’ve ever had 🩷

On National Black Dog Day, it is crucial to recognize that black dogs, similar to black cats, experience lower adoption rates in shelters, leading to higher euthanization rates. This is unconscionable. When adopting a pet, one should prioritize the love, joy, and companionship it will provide over its physical characteristics, such as color. Please don’t discriminate.
