Days 3&4!

Yesterday we enjoyed a nice long trail ride and some horsie related games! Their chore for the day was scrubbing water buckets.

Today we gave a group of little girls glitter horses and a bucket of crafts and let them go to town. Big Mama and Coco were quite the unicorn royalties. We painted shirts and did a day of ba****ck riding and wow do these kids have a good seat!

We ended the weekend with the state fair qualifying show today. It was a gorgeous day for a show once the rain cleared. There were some ups and downs, but for the most part everyone was happy with their rides. Congratulations to our qualifiers, Angel and Cletus, Senna and Briggs, and Makenna and Major!

The horses and girls are all exhausted so we're all looking forward to having the day off tomorrow to recover 🤪 We are back to our regularly scheduled programming of lessons this week and then camp the following week!

The girls (plus Dave and Phillip) all had a great day at the educational show today! There were lots of ribbons, great rides and plenty of things to take home and work on. It was a long, hot day but we all made it through. We're all gonna rest up and get ready to start again bright and early tomorrow morning for PAS.

Final day of horse camp!

We painted horse shoes, made horse cookies, had a mini show for parents and grandparents, and finished out the day with popsicles!

As always thank you to our “big people” helping our little people, our parents for trusting us with your kiddos, our campers for being so good this week, and most importantly our horses because without our wonderful lesson horses none of this would be possible 🥰

I have horse camp every year on my birthday and the little people all sang to me today too 🩷

This mom is no good at getting photos of her half children but my older girls had a fantastic day at the Bud Roberts clinic at Timber Run. Everyone learned something, some were humbled, some became one with a standard, and most important they all had a great time.

It was a a beautiful day to take our learning on the road and I got to sit back and watch someone else take the reins with my girls and though we had some issues I am so so very proud of how far they have come 🩵

We have ONE spot left in the each mini camp for our little people!

Half day camp is full but we could make room for one or two more if you missed sign ups!

Camp Dates:
June 3rd-5th: Mini Camp ( six and under, 9:30-12)
June 16th-20th: Half Day Camp (9am-12pm)
June 23rd-25th: Mini Camp (six and under, 9:30-12)
July 7th-9th: Mini Camp (six and under, 9:30-12)

Camp Prices:
Mini Camps: $250
Half Day Camps: $400

Our camps are geared towards very beginner riders and children who have never ridden at all. These camps are designed to teach your children general horse knowledge and care, such as feeding, stall cleaning and grooming. They will get to try both english and western riding, have a trail riding day, learn how to do showmanship, play riding games and a have a fun group activity each day.

Please text Casey at 614-813-7600 to book your spot for camp. There will be a deposit required upon registration to hold your child’s spot for camp. $100 for half day, $50 for mini. We are offering a $50 discount for siblings.
