Thank you to all our loyal customers that have been supporting our small business since 1980. We truly appreciate all of you that respect our rules and requirements that are listed clearly on our website. This helps us to continue our dream of being able to properly care for all of your wonderful pets. There will be some changes with how we are booking/confirming reservations in the future (taking nonrefundable deposits/text reminders/online booking) to ensure that we have space for the customers that need a boarding facility. Double booking us and a petsitter, then waiting last minute to cancel when you don’t need us isn’t fair to us or the customers on our waitlist that have been waiting for that spot. We always do our best to accommodate anyone with a last minute request/emergency anyway. Please be mindful when speaking to our staff who pride themselves in doing their jobs properly. We are lucky to have such a dedicated and caring staff who do a fantastic job helping this place run smoothly and keeping the pets happy and safe. It is not their fault that we have to collect fees and taxes. If we could run this business for free, we would! We only have space for positivity at our business in this upcoming year with bigger and better things to come. Thanks again for all our wonderful clients. With that being said, Happy New Year! 🐾
