Dear Valued Clients,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to you today with mixed emotions as I have an important announcement to make regarding my grooming business.
Due to an unforeseen once in a lifetime business opportunity for my boyfriend in the UK, we have made the difficult decision to relocate. As a result, I will be closing my grooming business.
I want to express my deepest gratitude for your loyalty and support throughout the years. It has been an absolute pleasure serving you and your beloved pets. I have cherished the relationships I have built with each and every one of you, and it is with a heavy heart that I have to say goodbye.
I will be operating as usual until my last day, December 22nd, and during this time, I will do my best to accommodate any grooming appointments you may need. If you have any upcoming appointments scheduled after this date, I kindly ask you to contact me.
I understand that this news may come as a surprise, and I apologize for any inconvenience it may cause. I truly appreciate your understanding and support during this transitional period. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out. I will respond during business hours. But please be kind. This is as much of a surprise to myself as it is for you. It’s okay to be upset but I will not tolerate any rudeness.
Once again, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for your trust and loyalty. It has been an honor to serve you and your furry companions. I will miss each and every one of you and the joy that comes with grooming your pets.
