Arrived 2/3/2022 at 3 years old. My name is Kairo and I need a very special family. I am spunky and sweet and looking for LOVE. I am an energetic boy who needs a savvy home who understands doggies. I was dumped at the shelter by my "family" after being bounced around to a few different homes. I have been waiting patiently to find my new life. 💖

I am a fun boy who loves people and attention. I am

super smart and love treats and toys. I don't love to share my stuff ... so Im working on my manners! 😂 I would like to be the only prince in the home so I can get all your love. I would also do best with teens and up. 😁

I am super sweet & handsome, love to play, lay in the sun, learn new tricks and just be with you. I am house trained and perfectly content hanging by myself ... I'm a great family dog! I just need someone who will give me time and patience to become the best boy I can be. 🤗

I am so special and so deserving of a home .. PLEASE give me a chance. 💕

Introducing Ms. Heidi ... She has been waiting over a year for her home. Please share her story so she can find her people 🩷

Meet Heidi — a sweet, gentle soul just waiting for someone to notice her. 💛

Heidi is a quiet, unassuming girl with a big smile and a playful side that comes out more and more as she gets comfortable. She may not be the first one to run up and ask for attention, but she is patiently waiting for the person who will see how special she truly is. Once she trusts you, Heidi’s sweet personality shines through. 💕

This lovely girl enjoys her stuffed toys, leisurely short walks, and of course, any treats you’re willing to share. Heidi is a big fan of food puzzles, especially ones involving her favorite reward — chicken! She loves having a routine and thrives when she knows what to expect. She also has a fun, silly side: give her some grass and she’ll happily roll around, and she’s always ready to enjoy a good digging project in the dirt.

Heidi is house-trained, appears to do well around other dogs, but no cats. She would likely do best in an adult home with an experienced, patient adopter who understands that confidence takes time to grow. A calm environment, consistency, and a little encouragement will help Heidi continue to blossom. 🌸

In return, Heidi will give you something truly special — deep loyalty, a trusting heart, and the love of a dog who has been waiting for the right person to come along. She’s not looking for just anyone… she’s looking for her person. 💕

Words cannot describe how overjoyed we all are for Kai ... we wish him and his dad a long, happy life! ❤️

Sometimes … just sometimes … we get a miracle ✨

We celebrate these days as they are few and far between in the shelter community.

After 4 years living in a kennel our amazing boy has found his life! After 4 years of watching others get picked and finding their lives … Kairo finally found his. His new dad saw him on social media and decided he was the one!

There are really no words to describe how amazing this is and how much Kairo needed you. Thank you for taking a huge leap of faith and adopting a lonely shelter dog who waited so long to be noticed. You are our hero!! ❤️

Kairo has transitioned flawlessly into his new life and we are all so proud of him. Not many people saw the amazing boy that he is, but those of us that did new he was a special one.

Happy, happy life my sweet boy… you finally found where you are truly meant to be. You deserve the world!

I have watched Kairo live in a shelter for over 4 YEARS (1460 DAYS) and I don’t know how to tell him it will someday be ok. That he will someday find someone who sees him like we all do. A sweet, loving, amazing boy who deserves the world. 🌏

That he is not just a number or a dog lost in the failing shelter system … that he is a living breathing being who has been forgotten. 💔

Please, please share my boy … I’m begging you … and so are all his humans who show up for him everyday. 💕

Please share me … Someone has to be missing me in their life 💓

OVER 1475 DAYS … HOMELESS 💔
4 YEARS OF MY 7 years of life.

This is not a life … it is a slow death sentence. We are not going to sugar coat shelter life. It is beyond stressful and it is miserable and honestly not a life at all. We are at a loss and just want to find Kairo his family. That’s all he wants … is to be safe and loved for the rest of his days. He deserves the world, not a cold floor and metal bars.
