Arrived 2/3/2022 at 3 years old. My name is Kairo and I need a very special family. I am spunky and sweet and looking for LOVE. I am an energetic boy who needs a savvy home who understands doggies. I was dumped at the shelter by my "family" after being bounced around to a few different homes. I have been waiting patiently to find my new life. 💖

I am a fun boy who loves people and attention. I am

super smart and love treats and toys. I don't love to share my stuff ... so Im working on my manners! 😂 I would like to be the only prince in the home so I can get all your love. I would also do best with teens and up. 😁

I am super sweet & handsome, love to play, lay in the sun, learn new tricks and just be with you. I am house trained and perfectly content hanging by myself ... I'm a great family dog! I just need someone who will give me time and patience to become the best boy I can be. 🤗

I am so special and so deserving of a home .. PLEASE give me a chance. 💕

Sometimes … just sometimes … we get a miracle ✨

We celebrate these days as they are few and far between in the shelter community.

After 4 years living in a kennel our amazing boy has found his life! After 4 years of watching others get picked and finding their lives … Kairo finally found his. His new dad saw him on social media and decided he was the one!

There are really no words to describe how amazing this is and how much Kairo needed you. Thank you for taking a huge leap of faith and adopting a lonely shelter dog who waited so long to be noticed. You are our hero!! ❤️

Kairo has transitioned flawlessly into his new life and we are all so proud of him. Not many people saw the amazing boy that he is, but those of us that did new he was a special one.

Happy, happy life my sweet boy… you finally found where you are truly meant to be. You deserve the world!

Oh Kairo … why are you still wasting away in a cage? Where is your family my boy 💔

I have watched Kairo live in a shelter for over 4 YEARS (1460 DAYS) and I don’t know how to tell him it will someday be ok. That he will someday find someone who sees him like we all do. A sweet, loving, amazing boy who deserves the world. 🌏

That he is not just a number or a dog lost in the failing shelter system … that he is a living breathing being who has been forgotten. 💔

Please, please share my boy … I’m begging you … and so are all his humans who show up for him everyday. 💕

OVER 1475 DAYS … HOMELESS 💔
4 YEARS OF MY 7 years of life.

This is not a life … it is a slow death sentence. We are not going to sugar coat shelter life. It is beyond stressful and it is miserable and honestly not a life at all. We are at a loss and just want to find Kairo his family. That’s all he wants … is to be safe and loved for the rest of his days. He deserves the world, not a cold floor and metal bars.

OVER 1475 DAYS … HOMELESS 💔
4 YEARS OF MY 7 years of life …I’m moving into my senior years living in a cage … for 23 hours a day 😭💔 I should be on a couch watching TV.

This is not a life … it is a slow death sentence. We are not going to sugar coat shelter life. It is beyond stressful and it is miserable and honestly not a life at all. We are at a loss and just want to find Kairo his family. That’s all he wants … is to be safe and loved for the rest of his days. He deserves the world, not a cold floor and metal bars.

I have watched Kairo live in a shelter for over 4 YEARS (1460 DAYS) and I don’t know how to tell him it will someday be ok. That he will someday find someone who sees him like we all do. A sweet, loving, amazing boy who deserves the world. 🌏
