Y'all! My 💜 is so happy right now! I had a meet and greet this afternoon, and I got this email just a few minutes ago. This is exactly why I do this! Y'all just don't understand how unbelievably happy this makes me. I feel so good when I know that the pets are comfortable as well as the owners!

Hey hey everyone! I just wanted to share with y'all that I got my acceptance letter to go back to school today! I will be doing it online because my schedule doesn't allow for traditional college anymore. So, once I'm done I will have my B.S. in Animal Care & Behavior!

I got to spend the first part of my birthday celebrating with all these pups! I gave them all pup plates (I couldn't find cups so I improvised 🤫) and I think they all enjoyed it! Videos of Bear & Champ in the comments since it wouldn't let me do photos & videos in the same post.

I am posting this because I want people to see how quickly things can escalate on a dog walk. I noticed him staring at us, and his tail straight up. That is a sign from him that he's on alert. That's why I told him I could see him. Then I backed away and over to the other side of the road holding Bear's leash tight to me, and keeping my body between him and the other dog. I gave another warning because I could see the hair on his back standing up, and that's when he started to run at us. Now, notice, I did NOT try to run away. I stood my ground and got louder and stomped my foot. That's when he stopped running and stood and looked at us. Once he turned and walked away, I started walking away, but I did not look away from him until he was out of my sight. The only reason I have this recording is because I was worried what would happen if he did get to us, and I wanted proof in case I needed it. Please be vigilant on walks! Stay aware of your surroundings.

⚠️ Newest update on the phone situation: I am switching cell companies, and I did everything online. I am porting my business number to the new company. I was supposed to have service on my current phone until my new phone arrives, however, the new phone is coming from TX, so I have not received it yet. Supposedly it will be delivered tomorrow. So as soon as it's delivered and activated, I'll be all set. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and I understand how frustrating it can be to but just be able to call/text me. Thank you all for your patience and understanding while I'm dealing with the issue. ⚠️

I'm so excited! I have a new weekly client to add to my roster of dog walks! I've walked him here and there, and he's a complete goofball, so I cannot wait to see him everyday! I'll see you Monday, Champ!

Well, I got a great email to end the year! My application with the SDO to be certified as a woman-owned business was approved, and I was assigned an investigator that will set up a meeting in the new year to go over my business information and confirm everything. If she approves everything, my application then goes to the Certification Committee, and they give the final decision. I am so excited! 😁
