Little mustang “flicka” update she’s doing amazing we walked around the yard yesterday with me continuously rubbing on her the entire time she’s getting so much more comfortable with me and everything
We were also able to do a tiny bit of lunging also and had no freak outs!

When I got her to the house I couldn’t even get close to this mare 3 days in and I can rub all over her she’s doing great!

🚨Fixing a dangerous bad habit!!🚨

When I got this mare in I was told “she will pull back and rear up when you spray her with fly spray”….. they were right..
Well today we fixed that problem in about 30 seconds!

As you can see this method is based off strict pressure release, she pressured to the rope and as you can see as soon as she gave in the pressure released IMMEDIATELY!!

After her first time pulling back she hasn’t done it again since and as you can see in the video we were able to accomplish spraying her down with fly spray with no ropes attached SAFELY within seconds!!!
