Life Update with Roxie 💗
I wanted to share that Roxie has found a new loving home. We so grateful she’s with a family who adore her and can give her all the time, care, and love she needs.

Seeing her happy and safe in her new home gives us peace, and I know she’s in the best hands.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Veterinary Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to both our clients and our veterinary staff. Responsibilities:

Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
Answer phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments and managing inquiries
Manage client records and paperwork accurately and efficiently
Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, billing, and inventory management
Collaborate closely with veterinary staff to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional patient care
Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy
Passion for working with animals and their owners
Flexibility to work Saturdays as part of the regular schedule
