This Aiken area really is the "Disney Land" for horses. Schooling at Highfields, a lovely show venue, in the morning. Then back to the Aiken Horse Park, aka Bruce's Field, to watch our friend, Christine show her RF LePhantom in the Hunters. Fun day!!

Today's exercise was canter cavalletti. Excellent for teaching the horse to be aware of where their feet are, balance and carrying themselves.

Another part of the development of Sport Horses on Rivervale Farm is free jumping. Free jumping gives a horse the ability to develop it's balance and make decisions without rider influence.

Even though Craig's specialty is the "English" disciplines, his "Western" resume' is pretty impressive as well.
