Thought I’d escape the heat outside today.
Now I need to escape the heat inside.
Processing tomatoes and peppers for canning/freezing may be more grueling than working in the sun IMO… but the delicious payoff will be worth it!

And the roadside stand will have some tomatoes, eggs, herbs and flowers this afternoon as you get out of work, it’s self serve and we invite you to come by!
