Please remember this handy trick when it comes to determining whether or not it’s safe to walk your dog:

Hold the back of your hand down to the asphalt for seven seconds; if you can do it with ease, you should be good to go for a walk. If not, opt for an indoor activity instead.

Hope this helps everyone to understand that we are trying so very hard to meet the demand…. Veterinary medicine has completely changed since the beginning of Covid. It hasn’t changed the way that our doctors and teammates treat your animals. We adore them! (Even the “naughty” ones!!❤️🐾) The pressure has become much greater. Last seen July 18th on South Edgewood Rd, Niantic (Giant Neck Heights). His mom is frantic with worry! He's an indoor cat, but accidentally slipped through the door.

Is anyone willing/able to foster a pregnant, medium-sized dog??? All supplies and vetting covered by us! Birth and puppy-raising is a unique, beautiful experience!!!

This mama is in a part of Texas where dozens of dogs die daily by cars, poisoning, shooting, starvation, and disease. Her babies have no chance there, and no other rescue has offered to help.

No experience required, but you'll need a room that can be dedicated to the family (an office, spare bedroom, finished basement, etc.) and patience to care for a stray mama who may not have her manners yet. Would arrive around July 19th. It's a commitment of at least 8 weeks, until puppies are weaned and adopted (mama too!).
