Well...once again it's Wednesday, and we are fully stocked. We have some fresh Heritage Pork Bone-In Pork Chops, ground pork, loose sausage, baby back ribs and pork belly! We also have some fresh angus steaks. As always we are fully stocked on Wagyu steaks, ground beef and hamburger patties. Was getting tired of the same old, same old, so I made some baked ziti using Eleven Oaks Farms Ground Wagyu, Stello Foods Pasta and Stello Foods Pasta Sauce. This was a delicious meal for a Sunday. loaded with flavor from the Wagyu and the sauce. I was ready for a nap. And, Stello Foods Pasta is some of the best pasta around. Doesn't get mushy or starchy.

Grilling Season will be in full swing. On a hot summer night, what is better than a foil pack on the grill or on the fire ring. Just thinking about a foil pack takes me back to summer nights gathered around the fire ring or camping and eating foil packs.

Make your meal easy. Easy prep, easy clean up. Fill up a square of aluminum foil with Wagyu or Angus Beef cubes ($12.99/lb.) some corn, potatoes or any other vegetables, some butter and seasoned to your liking. You can do a family sized in an aluminum foil pan, or do individual packs. What could be easier?

Yesterday I put some of our Wagyu Short Ribs ($19.99/lb.) in the crockpot before work. I didn't really have the time to do them slow in the oven or on a smoker. I used some garlic and herb seasoning, a little bit of water to make sure they didn't stick to the bottom of the crock, and set on low for 9 hours. The meat just fell off the bone. No need for a knife. Tender, buttery and delicious. They are fatty because of the fat content of Wagyu, but they are delicious. Just be careful, due to the richness of the meat, your eyes are bigger than your stomach.

For overkill, I fried up some potatoes in Eleven Oaks Farms Wagyu Tallow $ 25.00, (I added some Kerry Gold Butter because I'm a ma*****st). The potatoes take on that buttery flavor and were delicious. (Now I need a salad. )😉
