Let me be clear.

I am not anti rescue. At all.
In fact Farm Cat (found on the side of the road with his littermates left for dead) and Farm Dog are both rescues.

While I value them so greatly and can’t imagine life without them, I want their humans to be stopped. Irresponsible, unethical, unkind “breeding” needs to be stopped.

If you truly love animals then we want the same thing: shelter and rescue numbers greatly reduced and standards of breeding raised.

The band aid propaganda of is NOT working.

In fact it is only benefiting puppy mills and unethical breeders by only placing value in THEIR DOGS. We have created such an unfair stigma that buying responsibly is wrong. Immoral even.

But if we don’t change the way we buy and breed, nothing will change and unethical breeders keep selling and profiting and shelters and resides continue to spend their life cleaning up the mess of health and temperament issues coupled with so many dogs that have lost faith in humans. Why would we want that for our dogs?

It starts with you. Please do not buy from a breeder that you can’t return a dog to. You can’t do proper due diligence on and one that does not value their puppies enough to give them a voice in their placement.

In life, we struggle to find purpose. Something we can truly change. Something we are passionate about. I am handing you the power to truly disrupt the “business” that is sh*tty breeding. Demand more.
Our dogs deserve more.

Reduce numbers in the shelters and rescue groups by buying from a breeder that will take back their kitten or puppy for the entirely of their life. That believes in high standards of health and besides in empowering them to believe in themselves. An empowered breeder teaches them that the world is safe. People are kind and the dogs are friendly.

Help me. Help rescue groups. Help shelters. Help our dogs and cats.
Buy responsibly, please. And then and only then can we watch in OUR lifetime irresponsible breeders diminish. Stop funding them and start valuing empowered breeders.
